After the movie I bumped into one of the ladies in the audience who’d won the Best Dressed Award. I’m sure you’ll agree she looks fabulous. What an inspiration.

As I watched the crowd dissipate I pondered …
- It’s true … style really is ageless.
- Looking around the room it seemed that as we mature we grow into ourselves and feel comfortable with our own style, whatever form it takes.
- That the more years a person has the more they smile and shine, especially when they realise they aren’t invisible.
- I also realised that I really do need to make more of an effort. That if an 70+ year old can make the effort I have no excuse … still … if I could just have one of those makeup angles on standby I’m sure I’d feel a lot more comfortable.
