A special occasion requires a special restaurant, and that’s what took we three girlfriends, who hadn’t seen each other for four months, to Duende. Thankfully it didn’t disappoint.

The evening became with much talking as usual, some of which was about the gorgeous, seductive decor.

Eventually, having sent the waitress away on four occasions we knuckled down to order. Unable to make a decision we left it to the waitress to bring us something. This turned out to be an excellent idea however it certainly makes writing this review difficult as I have no idea what the dishes were called.
First up a plate of antipasta was well received as by now we were starving. However if we’d registered what was to come, we may have given this a miss.

Next up crunchy, creamy, spicing croquettes and meaty mushrooms.

After a bit of a breather and more talking came a delicious seafood dish and a follow up succulent melt in your mouth spicy meat option.
