If you’ve read the earlier post about Ian Ushers latest book Paradise Delayed, which documents his time spent buying and converting his Caribbean Island into a liveable space, you may be interested in the next part of the story…

Five years since selling his life on ebay Ian has itchy feet again, and as a result his paradise island is now up for sale.

The island is in the archipelago of Bocas del Toro, Panama.

So what does an island hideaway cost … around $250,000.
Anyone up for an adventure?
I’m left pondering that not only would this give someone the chance to take a break from the rat race, it also offers the possibility of a new publishing career.
With Ian’s book Paradise Delayed already out, it would be great to see the new owner write the next chapter in the islands life.
In the meantime I can’t wait to see where Ian pops up next. With Disney buying the rights to his story I’d ponder that will be a case of Watch this Space.

Ohhh. I LIKE the idea of the next owner writing the next book about the island!

Hi Ian, See what you started! Hope the next stage is going well, let me know when it’s sold. Heard Branson talk last night and I thought about your car trip with him.
